  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage support operation for a Veeva Vault application 2 Mentor Operations team and assit with support issues, working with diverse user group 3 Perform Impact analysis 4 Create technical design from functional design/Requirements 5 Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills 6 Industry domain knowledge on Clinical Regulatory
    
  • Technical Experience : 1Must have good understanding of Vault data model 2Veeva Vault Configuration experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows 3 Manage and have hands on experience on Vault applications like Vault RIM, Etmf, QMS and Quality docs 4 Industry domain knowledge on Clinical Regulatory
