  • Key Responsibilities : a Manage or Lead large Veeva Vault engagements b Manage support operation for a Veeva Vault application c Mentor operations team and assist with support issues, working with diverse user group d Create Technical Design from Functional Design / Requirement e Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills f Perform Impact Analysis
    
  • Technical Experience : a Must have good understanding of Vault data model b Veeva Vault Configuration experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, c Vault Clinical and Quality Suite CTMS, eTMF, SSU, CDMS ,QMS, Quality Documents d Manage and have hands on experience on Integrations with Vault application, preferably RIM or CTMS, REST API, Document Migration Mapping, Loaders, Multichannel and DAM e Preferability Veeva Certified
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Must have good communication skills and must be able to work individual on project b Good team player
