  • Key Responsibilities : -Perform triage and planning related to Defects -Perform Defect validation, scoping, estimating, and scheduling of the Defect -Project manage break/fix activity at the application level -Analyze reported problems for root cause eg, code defect, including analysis of master and transactional data validity eg whether the data was bad when it entered the application -Handle trouble or inquiry requests related to a production problem -Work with ATT to understand End User concern and resolve problem
    
  • Technical Experience : -Should have10-12 Years of experience in Problem management and user experience Analytics -Experience in incident/defect management tools like Jira, I-Trac, Service Now, BMC Remedy -Experience in usage of tools like EFK, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, Catchpoint, Sitescope for customer/business impact analysis -Experience on Platforms like Unix, RHEL Linux, Solaris, Windows, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Orchestration platform like K8S -Expertise in analyzing and interpreting any databases issues for MySQL
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Drive and communicate production application support corrective actions ensuring they are tracked to completion Leadership and communication skills -Analyze and report results from various tools like Quantum Metrics, Elastic Search Analytical Skills
    
  • Educational Qualification : Full Time Graduate
