  • Key Responsibilities : 1- The UX Standards designer role is multi-faceted and far reaching 2- Should have extensive UX backgrounds as designers and art directors, their work will consist of the establishment, curation, governance, enforcement, and education of design and UX standards 3- will have to work with design, business, and development partners to establish, manage, expand, and enhance the Digital Design System, regularly communicating updates via email and website
    
  • Technical Experience : 1- Experienced Visual Designer Ability to work with tools like sketch, envision, Adobe Suite and good HTML plus CSS knowledge 2-Should be able to initiate and manage a governance process to ensure design, interaction, development, and usability standards are applied to contributed system components as well as customer-facing experiences 3-will have to also enforce the alignment with this system by managing reusable design toolkits
