  • Key Responsibilities : Skills: Crystal Report and Oracle; Java, Web services, Quality Views Reports in TrackWise Good working experience on TrackWise 85 or above, including Web Services configuration and support Responsible for Project Management activities Application L2, L3 level support and change management Process To Perform TrackWise product installation and Upgrade Delivering Response and Estimation for projects and enhancements Familiar with Quality Business Process like Audit, CAPA, Change Management and Risk
    
  • Technical Experience : Understanding of ITIL principles and techniques Configuration and supporting TrackWise Working experience on TrackWise Modules like Team Access, Web Admin, Coordinator, Integration Manager, and Configuration Migrator Experience in design designing workflows, development and implementation of TrackWise Interface by using Web Service including preparation of various Validation documents eg System Design, Process Flow Diagrams,Validation documentationIQ/OQ/PQ, etc
    
  • Professional Attributes : Minimum 3 years of experience in TrackWise configuration and Crystal Reports development Experience in TW Web Service is plus Prior experience of 24 X 7 Support Project Experience in customer facing role
    
  • Educational Qualification : Master Degree or an equivalent combination of education
    
  • Additional Information : Good technical knowledge in SQL and Crystal Reports Experience in Crystal Reports Design
