  • Key Responsibilities : o Has 3-4 yrs of experiencing with creating, editing and proofreading Technical User manuals o Work with Development team to understand the tool/application prior to documentation o Good command over English, has creative skills and experienced in MS office o Plan manage user training for client
    
  • Technical Experience : o Good understanding of how applications generally work o Previous experience in application testing optional o Able to works independently or in teams with minimal support/direction from supervisor o Experience working directly with clients
    
  • Professional Attributes : o Good communication skills and good written skills
