  • Key Responsibilities : A-Design and develop analytical models within Splunk based on business and operational requirements B-Analyse results of analytical models to provide business insights C-Perform deployment of analytical models between development, testing and production environments D-Triage issues identified in deployed analytical models and develop resolutions to issues as required E-Identify and implement opportunities to improve the usage of analytics tools F-Identify and implement continuous improvement
    
  • Technical Experience : A-Having an analytics mindset and experience in the visualisation and management of big data to provide insight B-Knowledge/skills on monitoring tools eg Prometheus, Grafana in case a migration is needed from current stack to the new stack C-Knowledge on alerting tools D-Good understanding of system application metrics - structure and semantics E-Understanding of service contract SLA, SLO, SLI F-Splunk configuration and development skills
