  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow 2 ServiceNow platform development 3 Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow 4 Applies innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development, etc 2 Worked with 3rd party integrations 3 Worked on Incident management, problem management, change management and knowledge management 4 Troubleshooting Service Now performance issues Worked on ITSM, ITOM or HR, CSM
