  • Key Responsibilities : 1 ServiceNow - DDM field service 1Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow DDM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management 2Experience in one or more scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell 3Experience with relational databases eg MySQL, Oracle A fundamental understanding of DDM or CMDB
    
  • Technical Experience : 1Create and manage scripts and workflow 2Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC etc
