  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration with 3rd party tools/systems 2 Expertise in Web Services integrations SOAP, REST and Scripted REST APIs 3 Expertise on all scripting components like Script include, Business Rules, Client Scripts etc 4 Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow 5 Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design 2 Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required 3 Working experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM is an added advantage
