  • Key Responsibilities : 1 : Study application and technical architecture to determine root causes of issues 2 : Triaging of issues and ensuring key SLAs are met 3 : Proactively work on automating manual tedious time consuming tasks which adds value to client 4 : Should be able to provide extended support to the client as and when required
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 : Must have an overall 5 year of experience with primary skill as SAS/SAS Admin 2 : Hands on experience on the following tools of SAS 94M2: SMC, Eguide, environment manager RTM, Linux, Base SAS programming 3 : Able to handle all admin activities like maintenance and checking server,server patches, SSL renewal, License renewal , fixing environment manager server issues 4 : Strong experience in SAS programming SQL 5 : Good to have Unix concepts and fair knowledge on data warehousing concepts
