  • Key Responsibilities : a Worked as a SD/LE Functional consultant for the implementation and Production Support for the shipping activities b In-depth knowledge with 3 full life cycle implementations including gap analysis, business blueprint, realization, testing, go-live and support c Worked on various projects, inclusive of configuration, Master data setup, Interface testing, Data conversion and user testing d Worked with Enterprise Structure in SD module and assigning it with other modules
    
  • Technical Experience : a Working on NW 752 for S/4HANA ON PREMISE with SAP-with Fiori Product Suite b Previously worked on ERP Systems SAP R/3 ECC 46B, 47, 50 60, 70 c Operating systems Windows NT, Windows 2007, Vista, XP, 95 d Project tools SOLMAN, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, Ms-Project, Ms Outlook, HP Service Manager, ALM Quality Center 100, Manual Testing Techniques
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Must be technically sound and Expert on SAP SD module b Must be able to handle client calls confidently this is a direct client facing role c Must be process and results oriented d Must be proactive in learning new concepts and expanding the scope of work by looking for newer opportunities
    
  • Educational Qualification : a Master of Business Administration- preferred b Handling of Production support Incident Management
