  • Key Responsibilities : a- Should be able to design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements b- Should be good in handling the day to day production issues c- Should be good in handling the calls with the business users d- Should be good in gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM e- Should have knowledge of working on Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests and AD work
    
  • Technical Experience : a- Should have good analytical skills with minimum experience of 4-5 years in the area of SAP APO b- Should have sound knowledge on SAP APO / GATP configuration c- Should have hands on experience in process chains/jobs/selection profiles setup d- Should have complete knowledge on the SNP planning run its relevant Master data, ECC APO integration e- Should have end to end understanding about deployment optimizer
