  • Key Responsibilities : A:Support solution manager environment for projects and production support activities B:Good presentation skills with Senior stakeholders C:Prepare necessary documentation for configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the environment D:Responsible for the Solution Manager 72 analytics dashboards and workflows E:Guide the development of policies and procedures to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of the F:Solution Documentation stored in Solution Manager
    
  • Technical Experience : A:Assist with the development of Application Lifecycle Management ALM processes that are supported within the SAP Solution Manager environment covering areas such as Business Process Monitoring, Technical/Job Monitoring, Change Request Management, Solution Documentation, Operations Control Center, Custom Code Management, and Test Management B:Hands-on for HPALM to Solman ALM migration C:Detailed knowledge of managing SAP configuration and developments in Solution Manager
