  • Key Responsibilities : a- Should have an experience in Installing, Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 72 b- Experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM c- Should be able to present and interact business process owners in the environment d- Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Center
    
  • Technical Experience : a-Managed SAP Solman Implementation starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment b- Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System c- Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities d- Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment
    
  • Professional Attributes : a- Should able to manage SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities b- Must have experience in administrating SAP systems
