- Technical Experience : 1 Resource should know about MDG all modules 2 Resource should know MDG and MDM part 3 Better if resource know SAP Ariba MM 4 Must worked on APO 5 Good knowledge on SCM and APO
- Professional Attributes : 1 Good Communication skill 2 Good leadership skill 3 must worked on implementation and support projects 4 Good to have if resource worked on Pharma based projects
