  • Key Responsibilities : 1:Review, investigate/analyze and diagnose the incidents and problems according to their effects, and identify the resolution 2:Provide timely updates to requester 3:Provide workaround for resolving tickets as applicable 4:Verify completeness of incident and problem details Ensure that tickets are updated correctly and all required fields are filled in appropriately Validate priority/severity of incident 5:Validation of incident/defects if there are duplicates
