  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide update for Project Charter, project plan / project schedule/ RACI matrix 2 Understand analyze to provide solution 3 Develop / Configure system as per the blue print requirements adhering to best practices group standards 4 Creation of User manual/ Configuration / technical documentations 5 Effort estimation in executing project tasks and communicating to project lead
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Interact with business users on system utilization understand pain points 2 Update manager on the user pain points suggest methods to resolve them 3 Record user issues and resolve them OLA Operations level Agreement Ensure continuous improvements in OLA 4 Target to reduce repeat issues / support calls 5 Ensure documentation of corrective preventive measures taken for support calls / changes present these as required for the TQM practice / management reviews to provide confidence to B
