  • Key Responsibilities : a Callidus implementation experience with 6 yrs exp b Experience in breaking down business c Problems/requirements into functional and technical requirements Leverage knowledge of data preparation activities such as extraction, cleansing, aggregation and data analysis c Lead routine conference calls and participate in client-facing meetings, detail action items and follow through on tasks d Develop, enhance and optimize existing reports and data interfaces using SPM methodologya Callidus
    
  • Technical Experience : a Must Have project experience on Callidus and have worked in end to end implementation b Preferred to have worked on client facing roles c Skill and experience in Compensation Management, strategically aligning and effectively managing compensation practices d skill and experience working with Callidus Cloud CPQ to create and manage the configuration of product quotes e Experience in handling administration and configuration of Callidus Cloud Workflow
