  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Manages the CIL Support teams planning, delivery and resources onshore and offshore 2 Ensures that CIL Support adheres to the change process governance and refine process with client team when necessary 3 Manages and reports the tickets logged in SharePoint/ServiceNow, resolution time, release cycles, optimal system performance etc 4 Interacts with other support partners in HEINEKEN and secure cooperation with them and that they resolve CIL issues in a timely fashion and with Quality
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Provide technical guidance insights/solutions for business requirements, challenge the technical designs provided by the developers, peer review solutions etc refer specialty skillsets required 2 Contribute and participate in initiatives or projects integrated/interfacing with CIL landscape 3 Delivers Monthly Service Delivery reports: eg CIL tickets trends and overview, Changes and Transport overview, skills matrix 4Core ,ServiceNow, Service Management experience, SAP BW Integrated Planning
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Must have knowledge on ABAP Programming, Data Modeling, Query Designer, BEx workbooks and Broadcasting 2 Nice-to-haves basic knowledge: SAP HANA, Mendix, MDM, SAP BO Intercompany BO-IC, SAP BPC, SAP BO Analysis, MS Power BI, SAP Identity Management
