  • Key Responsibilities : A-Will be responsible for Level-3 functional support and interaction with client and providing end to end solution support B-Work on Analysis of issue and resolution C-Propose solution and write functional specific for implementation of new Change request
    
  • Technical Experience : A-Experience within Subscription Billing business process B-Billing process experience with integrations to FICA and Revenue Recognition C-Functional expertise in several BRIM process areas including Subscription Order Management, Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA D-Good to have knowledge in Sales and Distribution, and CRM E-Excellent client-facing skills and written/verbal communication skills
