  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Requirement gathering, preparing design documents and propose delivery plans 2 Analyze and walkthrough of BRD with business 3 Active participation in workshop with business and get detailed requirements, business scenarios and design Ariba capabilities for same 4 Coordinate with Ariba support team and get initial system set up such as SPRO configurations in SAP ECC, parameter settings, design requirement for integration etc
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Handling SAP Ariba incident tickets and change requests in SAP Ariba 2 Coordinate with Ariba Business resources to build custom fields, FMD, custom logic etc and checking feasibility 3 Coordinate with Technical team to develop change request/ analyzing or fixing the support incident, subsequently the testing the same 4 Involved in POT, CRF Functional spec preparation 5 Handling SAP incident tickets for Batch data conversion load requests 6 SAP MM idoc specialist / support consultant for Pro
