  • Key Responsibilities : - Hands-on SFMC experience - Test case preparation considering positive and negative scenarios for each project component - Execute the test approach for the project components - Team Player
    
  • Technical Experience : - Perform Functional testing on the journey campaigns and auxiliary components - Create and validate mock data to conduct E2E - Perform E2E on the customer journeys in alignment with test approach and collaboration with other domains/ tools - Record and maintain evidence for the testing conducted - Highlight and track all the bugs to closure - Prepare UAT scripts and Drive UAT till Sign off - Soft-skills Stakeholder Management, Effective communicator
