  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities 2 Should work in SQL, Email journey builder 3 Monitor campaign execution, reacting to and addressing issues as they occur 4 Perform root cause analysis on serious, recurring issues to prevent future disruptions to service 5 Ability to investigate, develop and test changes to code to resolve defects reported or identified
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Design, develop and test enhancements to existing data integrations as directed to do so 2 Recommend changes and enhancements proactively to marketing ops data manager 3 Provide documentation and reporting 4 Co-ordinate with vendors in case of integration issues 5 Capable of doing design, development and testing of new integrations 6 New integrations can be related to campaign operations or in areas not related to campaign operations 12 Should be pro-active, good in communication
