  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Develops relationships with key client stakeholders/teams and manages communication at all organizational levels 2 Leads interactive discovery sessions with the client to gain clear understanding of use cases, business needs, and KPIs 3 Partners with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements and to develop a comprehensive digital strategy for segmentation and taxonomy that leverage the application of data, research and marketing best practices
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Takes inputs from discovery and builds Business Requirements Document BRD leveraging best practices 2 Builds-out reporting / dashboarding aligned to BRD and focused on value realization 3 Collaborates with TC in the creation of Solution Design Reference SDR and Technical Specifications 4 Helps define roadmap of customer training and reporting activities to help strengthen customer adoption post-implementation, including assisting with running reports, building dashboards, and analysis
