  • Key Responsibilities : o Understand the clients business, priorities and leadership agenda o Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client if applicable o Align the right teams or capabilities to enable sell and deliver successful transformation/innovation agenda o Build long-standing, trust-based relationships o Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client o Grow the business/account
    
  • Technical Experience : o Working experience for process and detail engineering for Nuclear plants o Special experience in Nuclear asset decommissioning will be preferred o Experience in Green power generation Solar, Wind, Tidal o Experience of hooking the Renewable power to Grid and managing variable power demand o Experience in Field Operations, Planning and Management with exposure to areas such as application of Analytics, Mobility and Cloud technologies in Field Operations, System Planning, Microgrid Planning
    
  • Professional Attributes : Good communication skills, leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, etc needed to carry out this job In-depth Utilities industry expertise in electricity, gas or water industry including the industry/digital/technology trends
    
  • Educational Qualification : Minimum BTech degree in electrical, electronics, Computer, IT, mechanical MBA, PGDM
