  • Key Responsibilities : a : Developing and understanding of a clients current state process and providing the different applications b: Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and supporting applications c: Gathering and analyzing supporting the business requirements d: Aligning business requirements and best practices to providing the support e: should be able to work in UK Shift/oncall
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Understanding of Programming Techniques and logic of development b: Analysis, design and development of applications using Progress c: Interact with business customers for basic new requirements and issue analysis d: Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment e: Good knowledge of PROGRESS 4 GL Version 10x and SQL/PLSQL
