  • Key Responsibilities : Candidate will have two core responsibilities 1 Working with software developers to implement a software roadmap for an in-house software tool used by Azure Support teams 2 Work across the support organization to gain adoption for the tool as the use of the tool expands run pilots, get feedback, ensure managers are adopting the use of the tool within the organization
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 2-4 years experience working with software developers on developing software projects 2 2-4 years working across a business to ensure success of a project 3 Familiarity with Microsoft products and Azure or similar technology environments
