  • Key Responsibilities : a - Working on L2 support b - Would be actively communicating with Client and Business Users c - Capable enough to handle the live production issues d - Good Team Player e Should be a good troubleshooter with analytical skills
    
  • Technical Experience : a - Good to have experience working with the Business Users on regular basis b - Basic Knowledge of Oracle database queries c - Should have experience on working with multiple Interface applications d - Should be able to work in rotational shifts e - Good to have knowledge on Trading basics
