  • Technical Experience : Cloud-Native Application Design and Architecture Must be strong in this area:

    Actual experience in building cloud applications, Software as a Service SaaS, Platform as a Service PaaS, eg OpenShift, CloudFoundry using at least one of the following IaaS platforms: AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud

    Knowledge of and experience in design of microservice-based solutions

    Experience in designing load-balanced, auto-scalable, highly available, and secure architecture in cloud environment

  • Professional Attributes: Good communicator and collaborator with customers and stakeholders -- Demonstrable experience in explaining problem space to the customers and working with them in building technical solution architecture
