  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project 2: Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels 3: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals 4: Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients
    
  • Technical Experience : 1: Extensive experience working on Public Sector projects, 2: 10 years of Business/Technology Consulting experience helping clients build a product which digitally transforms their legacy systems to a more advanced platform 3: Specialized in Health and Human Services technology projects eminent in the field of Integrated Eligibility systems SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, Affordable Care Act ACA
