  • Key Responsibilities : a: Work as Support Lead and provide Level 2 / 3 support for client applications b: Troubleshoot Xstore complex issues from production c: Provide lead coverage in UK shifts on rotational basis d: Ensure that SLAs are adhered e: Represent L2 team in various client forums and discuss on Incidents and other complex issues
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Retail Domain experience Xstore POS - 2-5 years b: Core Java experience c: Hands on in SOAP / REST WEB service d:Trouble shooting skill for analyzing problem tickets / production issues e: Good knowledge of Oracle database f: Experience in GIT - Code versioning Tool g: Cloud awareness - AWS
