  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud - Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

    2 Perform end to end functional testing Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Hold demos

    3 Functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction

    
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll 2 Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll 3 Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet client requirements 4 Prepare Functional Requirement Documents, Functional Designs 5 Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure
