  • Key Responsibilities : Work on tickets assigned BIBO Reports, Created new objects in BIBO Universe Technical resolution of incidents, problems, changes and service request in accordance to SOPs and own ticket till closure Deploy patches and configuration as per the instructions Lead the effort to design, build and configure Reports, acting as the primary point of contact
    
  • Technical Experience : Overall IT experience at least 4 years, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in BIBO Should have Good knowledge and hands on practise of BIBO Report design , Universe design and setup Experience/Knowledge on BIBO and Custom report and troubleshooting experience Should have Good knowledge of data mart design and customization Hands on practise working with PLSQL and written custom SQLs Should have Good knowledge of Pharmacovigilance and regulations Good knowledge of SDLC / IT
