  • Key Responsibilities : -Provide break/fix support for the enterprise on CLIENTs Cisco based telephony systems -Ability to support Siemens PBX systems a plusInstall/Move/Add/Change I/M/A/C - Process ongoing M/A/Cs moves/adds/changes through SAP notifications, Remedy ticket requests, trouble tickets, work orders -Working independently and with teams to capture business and system requirements and implement large voice programs -Administer and maintain asset management records
    
  • Technical Experience : -Broad knowledge in telephony systems and specifically Cisco Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, etc; -Voice mail systems knowledge and experience as wellBroad knowledge of the Public Switched Telephone Network PSTN and telecommunications carriers operations, processes, and procedures -Knowledge of voice trunking, such as CO/DID, ISDN PRI, SIP; and OPS/FEX services -Must demonstrate experience working with Voice over Internet Protocol VoIP, Session Initiation Protocol SIP, and Cisco Voice systems UC
