  • Key Responsibilities : A: Liaising with the customer technical representatives B: Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features C: Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool D: Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer E: Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Switches, Aruba Wireless Access B: Points, Aruba Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers, F5 Load Balancers, NetScaler and BlueCoat C: Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing D: Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets E: Identify potential failures and recommend solution F: Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions
    
  • Professional Attributes : A :Should have 6 years of experience in Network operational support/management roles B :Should have supported Network deployments C: Should have experience performing Network transitions / transformations D: Good understanding of procedures,
