• Key Responsibilities : a: Requirement understanding b: High level design c: Estimation d: Ensure code and configuration is done to meet business process and application requirements e: Design and Code Reviews f: Project Management - Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting, team management
  
• Technical Experience : a: Minimum IT experience 7 years and at least MUST have 3 years of Salesforce development, L1-L2 Support or only configuration experience will NOT be considered b: Salesforce Customization using Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers c: Hands on experience on batch apex, REST and SOAP integration d: Configuration using Validation Rules, Workflow, Approval process, Flows, Reports and Dashboards, User Management e: Good understanding of SFDC best practices, governor limits, Security model is must
  
• Professional Attributes : a: Good Oral and written communication skills b: Attitude to learn new technologies c: Excellent Team player d: Experience on working with FS domain is a plus
