  • Technical Experience : Experience in monitoring, detecting, implementing, supporting and delivering security solutions such as Microsoft Security and Compliance
    
  • Professional Attributes : Have a good understanding and awareness of Microsoft M365 Have a good understanding of ticket management and service requests Have a good understanding of Security Operations and Service Delivery Good Communication skills
