  • Key Responsibilities : Drive the offshore team end to end delivery - single point of contact for offshore team - represent the team and participate in technical discussion - provide expert level solutions as and when needed - mentor team
    
  • Technical Experience : Technical Experience - Should have very strong technical background with 12 years of experience - Should have extensively worked on SSIS packages/SQL server - Should have designed small/medium applications - should have experience in requirement gathering - should be able to solve all the technical difficulties and guide junior team members in a team
    
  • Professional Attributes : Resource should be able to manage and resolve all the internal offshore team conflicts if anything arises - resource should have good understanding and skill and should be able to drive meetings as and when required
    
  • Educational Qualification : Resource should have completed the regular Bachelors degree courses
