Project Role : Test LeadProject Role Description : Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required. • Key Responsibilities : 1:Required to have knowledge on Test Planning, Test Execution and conducting UAT Testing for 6 years 2:Required to quickly learn application functionalities and be able to drive UAT for external clients 3:Required to learn and perform test automation using tools like Tosca/Selenium 4:Work along with a team of testers and ensure to be able to complete all testing deliverables on time 5:Experience in preparing Test plan, Test Strategy should have knowledge on the testing metrics evaluations
  
• Technical Experience : 1:6 years of experience in functional testing with exposure to Automation testing 2:Should have exposure in communicating to client teams 3:Should have exposure on defect management tools 4:Exposure to any one of these would do, say Jira/Azure DevOps 5:Should have exposure/knowledge to any automation tool Selenium/Tosca
