• Key Responsibilities : a: Handle the L2, L3 tickets, Enhancements and code refactoring to align with DevOps framework b: Work with the customer and end-users to define application and technical requirements Ensure that these requirements tie back to the established client requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with the clients long-term strategy c: Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments that come with any packaged software
  
• Technical Experience : a: 5 years of Dynamics CRM development and on latest versions b: Experienced in production support environment and activities c: Experienced in NET Development - OOP, TDD, Design Patterns d: Experience with CRM Development including languages Net Framework, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SQL Integration Services, SQL Reporting Services, JavaScript and CSS e: Experienced in Agile methodologies TDD, SCRUM, patterns f: Should have Azure DevOps knowledge
