  • Key Responsibilities : Manage day to day operational activities to help ensuring the application uptime Act as first point of contact for users and providing them with required support Monitor data pipelines and Azure PaaS components for utilization and costs Escalate issues to relevant support teams for incident resolution Work with L2/L3 and Architecture teams for implementing any new features or changes that impacts the application Submit surveys ran on regular basis to comply with new CIO standards
    
  • Technical Experience : Experience in working with Azure Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Experience in working applications operations team, handling day to day incidents and changes Certified AZ-900, Certified AZ -103 or AZ-104 Good to have: Prior experience in EventHub Data Factory and Databricks Monitoring using Log Analytics or App Insights, Scripting skills using Python or Spark
