  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Excellent communication and client management skills 2 Responsible for engaging and interacting with client to support teams with a focus on resolutions 3 Provide periodic issues and resolutions status reporting to identify trends and potential improvement opportunities
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Good experience in coding, enhancing the application programs and preparing technical documents, test scripts and documentation of results 2 Excellent understanding of SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 to perform testing of out of the box functionalities 3 Good database knowledge of SQL Server 2008 4 Good to have: Experienced in development using NET Languages ADONET 20, ASPNET 35, C, JavaScript and Angular JS 5 Expertise using SharePoint Object Model and Web Services
