  • Key Responsibilities : a Must have willingness to work on Production support project on Web based Business Critical Applications that are running on 24/5 mode b Should be good in troubleshooting/debugging of Issues encountered in Web applications especially for the issues related to slowness, performance, Connectivity c Must have prior experience in handling a technical support team in supporting/maintaining a Web application including issue tracking/prioritization/Incident Management/Request management/problem Manage
    
  • Technical Experience : a Must have hands-on experience in Web technologies MS technologies or Java and should be proficient in java script and Nice to have experience in tools like Cypress for Automated test script b Nice to have some working knowledge of Node JS/React JS c Nice to have knowledge and experience of Azure Devopos/Docket/Kubernetes/Terraform d Nice to have some hands-on experience in Automation/BDD/Automated Test script preparation e Should be good in queries SQL Server or any similar DB
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Should be able to mentor junior team members, create/enhance processes, estimate for any new work, create BOKs/DOCs/checklists b Should have good communication skills and interact with stakeholders/users with confidence
    
  • Educational Qualification : a BE/MCA or as per Accenture Standards
