  • Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our clients by having a good understanding of the insurance business and challenges Working with the business to identify system enhancements that enable our business to meet their growth / vision goals and add value Ability to understand complex business requirements, map them to existing features, identify gaps and propose solutions and work around is required Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to analyse the need and functional
    
  • Technical Experience : Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in the Insurance domain This role is client facing and will involve engaging in client discussions, capturing requirements, and translating them into functional requirements for the development teams Good interpersonal skills , effective communicator, and stake holder management
    
  • Professional Attributes : Bachelors in computer science, Engineering or masters degree in a related field Proven 3 - 4 Years of experience as a Business Analyst Sound knowledge in insurance domain Complete understanding of insurance product lifecycle Familiarity with Agile frameworks and understanding of SDLC methodologies
