  • Key Responsibilities : a Work with IT Application Operations teams for complex Informatica Infrastructure support and upgrade b Knowledge authority on Enterprise Integration Supporting Informatica in large enterprise environments c Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skill d Responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading and maintaining a scalable and high performing Informatica solution Power Center 9x in support of business processing requirements e Upgrade experience from 8X to 9X is must
    
  • Technical Experience : a Performs software installations and upgrades to Informatica software packages b Maintain high availability and performance for production environments c Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production and SDLC environments Informatica d Application, Databases, etc reported through monitoring systems, support teams, and trouble tickets as per established SLAs
