- Key Responsibilities : 1 One Identity Manager Application Support 24x7 rotational shifts2 Work on Service Item, System Roles creation3 Monitor and troubleshoot frozen jobs in Job Queue Manager4 Handle Data Import request5 Troubleshoot the access issues reported by customers6 Collaborate and coordinate with Engineering team to resolve L3 issues
- Technical Experience : 1. Required skills One Identity Manager and SQL 2 Good understanding of Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Servers3 Should have good troubleshooting and problem Solving skills
