  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Ensure all issues are resolved on time 2: Ensure all defined SLAs for resolving incidents are met 3: Make sure that incident management and change management processes are strictly adhered to 4: Get a broad understanding of multiple DD applications and ETL job flows 5: Be a single Point of contact for all escalations and issues in DataStage applications 6: Deploy problem tickets and code fixes, ensure that Batch performance improves over a period 7:Proactively work on automating manual
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 : Strong IBM Data Stage experience 2 : Must have worked on Real Time jobs, exposure to XML, Message Queue 3 : Experience in basic shell scripting , SQL, PL/SQL d: Should have Data stage Developer experience 4 : Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data models
