  • Key Responsibilities : 1-Produce excellent quality of code, adhering to expected coding standards and industry best practices Responsible for solving business problems using quantitative approaches 2-Keep up with industry trends and best practices, advising senior management on new and improved data engineering strategies that will drive departmental performance leading to improvement in overall improvement in data governance across the business
    
  • Technical Experience : 1-Hadoop - MapReduce, HDFS, Hbase, Hive, Sqoop, Phoenix Expertise in Spark Python/Scala 2-Hands on Experience with Cloudera/HortonWorks Distribution 3-Experience with Kafka streams would be highly desirable 4-Proven expertise in a wide variety of database technologies, from Postgres, SQLServer to NoSQL systems such as Hbase, MongoDB and can explain their varied use cases 5-Experience in python and UNIX shell scripting and SQL 6-Good knowledge of Caching Frameworks, Memory Management, Problem
