  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Resource will be responsible for Hadoop Admin activities mainly in 3 environments like HDP Horton Works,Zepplein or Hive,Oozie 2: Resource should configure HDP Admin activities include Installation/Uninstall/Patching/Upgrade of software such as YARN, MapReduce, HDFS, HBase, Zookeeper, Pig and Hive,Oozie,Zepplin 3:Resource should work on new clusters,Configuration changes for software/clustersDR Activity,Data migration between clusters,Server 4: Resource will be responsible for automation
    
  • Technical Experience : 1:Resource should know Zepplein/HIVE : Creation of hql scripts for data analytics/break fixes/new projects Maintenance of HIVE tables and views for data analytics/break fixes/new projects 2: Good to have knowledge of Performance tuning,User provisioning,Code versioning 3:Good to have experience of Oozie : Maintenance of programs used to run datastage jobs via oozie in HDP platform,Addition/Amendment of jobs 4: Resource should schedule new/adhoc jobs
